Introduction: Ficus microcarpa , with strong adaptability, likes loosefertile acid soil. Leaves turn yellow in alkaline soil. Intolerant of drought. Tolerant of waterhumidity. It grows poorly in dry climates, while in humid air, it grows big roots, which greatly improves the ornamental value. It likes sunshine, warmhumid climate, not cold-tolerant. It is cultivated as bonsai plants outside of South China. The soil requirements are not strict,it can grow in slightly acidslightly alkaline soils. A lot of light will help, but not direct sunlight. Indirect light is best.
