The Rose Garden was built in 1993, covering an area of 7.1ha, with over 1,000 cultivars collected50,000 roses planted. Its an important place for rose display, scientific researcheducation.

The garden adopts a combination of regularnatural approach, with a strict axial pattern layouta natural group configuration.The northern center of the garden is a circular sunken bed with a diameter of 40 metersan area of 6,000㎡. On the ring-shaped terrace, Floribunda Roses of various colors are planted, surrounded by Climbing Rosesdotted with sculptures such as "Flower Soul""Silk Dance". The eastern part of the garden mainly displays outstandingroses like Hybrid Tea RosesFloribunda Roses；the western part mainly displays types of Standard Roses, Hybrid Tea Roses, Miniature RosesShrub Roses,andthe southern part mainly displays Rosa speciesHeritage Roses.

From May to October every year, hundreds of roses are in bloom. The flowers are so beautifulfragrant that make visitors linger around. In June 2015, the Rose Garden won the Award of Garden Excellence by the World Federation of Rose Societies（WFRS）.
