Beijing Floriculture Engineering Technology Research Centre was established in 2014,being  approved by Beijing Municipal ScienceTechnology Commission. Based on Beijing Botanical Garden, it is co-constructed by Beijing Florascape Co. Ltd. and Beijing Qianjing Garden Co. Ltd. There are 57 staffs, 3 research groups, namely the plant breeding team, the horticultural technology team,the plant conservation team. It is focused on research, developmentutilization of technologies in the conservation, research, development of flowers core germplasm resources, the development of eco-friendly gardening cultivation technology, the application of gardening technolog and the research development of exhibition technology, etc.,so as to improve the industrialization of new varietiesthe engineering ability of new technology through the combination of industry, Universityresearch,promote the healthyrapid development of flower horticulture industry in the capital,improve the level of ecological construction in Beijing.
